Adam Penson joined TJLS with his two children Alyssa and Alexander as students in the fall of 2017. He studied Accounting and Commerce in university and earned a CPA designation. He has worked in various Senior Finance and Management roles in the private, and not-for-profit sector. Prior to his career in Finance Adam worked, and studied in Japan. He lived in Osaka and various cities in Kyushu, for several years. Passionate about Japan, and the Japanese language, joining the TJLS board was a natural fit. In his spare time, Adam enjoys spending time with his wife Chiharu and kids, eating Japanese foods, rock climbing, and studying Japanese.
